Relentlessly Curious Problem Solver - Heather is an executive business leader who devises transformative approaches that drive growth for media companies, economic development entities, and nonprofits.  Leaving a storied career as a Hollywood camerawoman to serve as Director of the Texas Film Commission, she implemented high-impact strategies that increased the state's film production by 250% and Texas' Media Production Development Zone facility incentive. Post TFC, Heather has served as Interim Director at Austin Studios, and  consulted for studios, businesses, and non-profits.  She has served on boards of the Association of Film Commissioners International, Texas Motion Picture Alliance, International Cinematographers Guild, and  currently serves on the board of the Austin Film Society andAdvisory Board for Women in Film & Television, Austin.


Mindy Raymond


Connector Extraordinaire - Mindy's bona fide communication superpowers, polished by years as a successful actor, have landed her leadership positions including Executive Director of the Texas Motion Picture Alliance, President of New Republic Studios, Chair of the Board of Directors for Visit Bastrop (Texas), Producer of Feature Films, and Executive Producer of numerous television projects.  Her multi-disciplinary knowledge of the film industry let her to be hand-picked by the Economic Development Corporation of Bastrop County, TX to head the organization's regional initiative - Film Bastrop - to build its creative economy. She has served as Communications Director, Marketing & Development Director, and Head of Texas Outreach for numerous industry companies and advocacy groups. Mindy also leads the Advisory Board of Women in Film & Television, Austin.
